Despite fluctuations in the travel industry and challenging market conditions, the company delivered impressive financial results while continuing to expand across its key business sectors.
According to the company, FY26 recorded $10.4 billion in gross bookings, reflecting a 10.4% year-over-year increase on a constant currency basis. Additionally, MakeMyTrip’s total revenue crossed the $1 billion mark, indicating strong demand across various travel categories.
Strong Performance Across Travel Segments

AI Assistant Myra Becomes a Key User Companion
MakeMyTrip is also increasing its focus on artificial intelligence to enhance customer experience. The company highlighted the growing role of its AI-powered travel assistant Myra, which now helps users throughout the booking process with added voice support capabilities.
During the fourth quarter of FY26, Myra handled more than 54,000 conversations daily. Over 45% of its users came from Tier-2 cities and smaller regions. Additionally, the AI assistant automatically resolved nearly 55% of post-booking issues related to hotel and flight reservations.
Continued Investment in Technology and Digital Innovation
As competition in India’s online travel sector continues to intensify, MakeMyTrip is steadily investing in AI-driven technologies and digital solutions. The company believes these innovations are playing an important role in improving customer experience, attracting new users, and expanding its presence in smaller cities and emerging markets.
Crossing the $10 billion annual booking milestone is not just a significant achievement for MakeMyTrip, but also a reflection of its strengthening position in India’s online travel industry.
